HR Portal (Reach/Success Factors)

Primary employee HR portal used to access and change your address, set up and change your emergency contacts, enroll for Direct Deposit, and set up your payroll tax profile. Once you are set up, the Reach portal provides links to ADP, Fidelity, Commuter Benefit portal and the Health and Welfare Benefits portal. However, you will need follow the set‑up guidelines below to access these accounts individually or through Reach. First-time users will get a Welcome email containing a link to create a password. The Company code, needed when accessing the website from a new device, is omnicomP1.

Provides you with access to your pay statements and annual W2 tax statements. New users can register using this link and the registration code omnicom‑group.

This portal provides access to request time off, report Jury Duty, Working Remotely, attending industry events, training classes or travel for business. New users receive a Welcome email containing login details during their first week of employment.

This website gives you access to information about all the healthcare benefits that are offered to you. No registration needed.

Omnicom Health & Welfare Center (Bswift)

This portal provides access to all your personal health and welfare benefit related elections. New employees will receive a welcome email, which will include the login and account set up details, in the month preceding of eligibility. This is where all employees will sign on to make annual benefit elections during open enrollment.

Calm Premium Subscription

Calm is a popular sleep and meditation app that can help you find relaxation and balance anytime, anywhere. Sign up for a premium subscription at no cost:

Download the Calm app from the App Store or Google Play and create a new account using your personal email address.
In the mobile app, go to Profile > Settings > Link Organization Subscription > Redeem via Organization ID.
Enter your REACH Person ID. If at any point you’re asked to enter your organization name, please enter Omnicom-Group.

Already have a Calm account? Follow steps 2 and 3 above to take advantage of the no-cost Premium subscription through Omnicom. If you’ve previously signed up for Calm through your Agency, your subscription will transfer automatically and no action is required.

Once you’ve signed up, you can add up to five dependents (age 16 years or older) via the “Manage Subscription” page inside your Calm account at calm.com.
